Business owners should devote some of their advertising dollars toward email campaigns. Managing a contact list is very important because it is a very effective and affordable way to reach your clients and prospects without having to go through traditional mail. A postcard can cost anywhere between $.23 - $.41 depending on whether you utilize bulk mailing rates or not. If you do the math 1000 postcards could cost you $230.00 at $.23 and up to $410.00 at $.41 each for a one time mailing. In contrast, we can show you a way to utilize that same money or less and reach those same people, if not more, many more times if preferred, with a much larger and more interactive postcard through the internet. We will introduce you to the many email campaign possibilities available and show you how much money you can save with such a campaign. Whether it is a local campaign or global campaign we can help show you how to launch it online. Our consultants can guide you through the process.
Email campaigns can be approached several ways depending on whether you are selling products or selling services, Are you looking to be part of the global or national marketplace or are you looking to narrow it down to smaller territories?  Welcome to The United Web of America

The Internet has been growing at such a high rate of speed and becoming so vast in nature,
that it is becoming more confusing and less user friendly to those who cannot afford the
BIG $$$ to purchase their way to the top of the popular search engines, and as a result, small to mid size businesses are becoming lost in cyber-space. Big Companies have the $$$ to buy their way to the top 10 or 20 listed, while Internet savy individuals have developed businesses around manipulating keywords and meta tags to circumvent the search engine system and charge small businesses and their owners a wholesome fee for their services. Unlike the phonebook the internet does not list businesses in alphabetical order, which is good in someways but bad in others. Imagine every business placing the letter A or a # at the beginning of their business or company name to get listed at the beginning of the phonebook, sounds ridiculous huh, but that is what is going on in the internet with search engine optomization and manipulation. There are many techniques and tricks to optomize your placement especially with tons of companies promising to get you listed in the top 10 in your category which still does not make sense to me because there are thousands of businesses that fall into similar categories, what happens to all the rest? This does not compute!
Corporate America has taken over the internet Search Engines with a few exceptions. These are the very same people that tried chasing everyone away from the internet during the DOTCOM bubble bursting process preaching that these companies were not making money therefore not legite businesses, meanwhile they were investing their money on the down low while chasing everyone away so they could get a foothold on listing their businesses on the top of these search engines.
It worked!
In case I lost you, an example of this could be applied to todays Housing and Real Estate Market in which big companies leak out rumors of a bubble about to burst so as to scare people into selling their homes at a reduced price, the more people they scare, the more homes and land they pick up at a reduced or below market price because people are getting out while they are getting in, therefore giving big developers and builders a chance at gaining more control of the market.
The Internet has become Real Property with Real Value and the big guys know it. In case you havent noticed the stock market is at all time highs with technology and the Internet leading the way.
This is not a fluke, it was a calculated achievement by Corporate America.
Good or Bad, It is now Reality!

In Web We Trust!

As Chief Internet Officer for The United Web of America, I realized that the small to mid-size business owner, that can barely afford to put together a website will have very little web presence as time goes on, they will never be able to afford top 10 or 20 listings in the search engines, advertising agencies are starting to take advantage of the nieve or novice internet user by beefing up their magazine or newspaper packages with promises of free web sites/pages and internet exposure. Truth is, the cost is built into the total package you purchase.

Don't Get Me Wrong!
I am not against Corporate America or Advertising Agencies trying to take advantage of the situation, afterall, these companies realize the potential of the Internet and are doing something about it, they have embraced it while others were skeptical and procrastinated too long.
You snooze, You lose. It's the American Investor Way.
Understanding this established corporate concept has led me to develop a new internet concept.
This New Internet Concept will level the playing field for small to mid-size businesses to gain internet presence amongst the giants. The search engines have become the home turf of Corporate America and those small to mid-size businesses that venture onto their playing field will be mice among giants. Is it better to be a small fish in a big pond or is it better to be the big fish in a small pond, when looking to get noticed. Relying on search engines for people to find your business on the internet can be a lesson in futility, it is like relying on the phonebook for all your business.
My new internet concept was developed to give small to mid-size businesses a fighting chance to be noticed on the internet without the major expenses of search engine optomization.
There you have it. The Basis for my new internet concept.

The United Web of America Concept

Why allow the search engines to dictate your business potential, What happened to the traditional or old fashioned way of growing your business by doing everything you could to become a household name, simple answer, it was much easier to accomplish in a localized market place, compared to the difficulty of doing so in a globalized market place. The internet gives you a chance to become a household name on the global market place. More people than ever before are utilizing the internet not just globally but locally as well. Local businesses must have an internet presence to stay competitive within their communities, out of sight - out of mind, applies to the internet more than ever before and business owners are finally catching on, but it is too late for search engine recognition,
so what can a small local business owner do about it?
Up until now, not too much.
Our Goal is to make your website a household name as we grow to become a household name.
Search engines - Google, Yahoo, Aol, Amazon, MSN, etc. have become household names
Ebay, My Space, You Tube, etc. have also been recognized,
soon to be recognized as home to all the household names on the internet will be:

United We Stand

The Inter*NET* is all about Networking (connections through shared links). Search Engine Listing is an example of a one way link which helps you only when someone finds your listing and clicks on it, which in most cases the person must be looking for your specific services or products. They are considered shoppers comparing prices and services amongst your competitors and the bigger companies. Anything helps but this is not considered the ideal lead or best potential customer. Most people buy things that they were not particularly looking for in the first place.
Here are some quotes you might be familiar with:
"I just happened to stumble on to it, wasnt even looking for it"
"I was driving/walking by and it caught my eye, i had to stop"
"It was like fate, it just appeared"
"I didnt really want to go but its a good thing i did or i would have missed out"
"I was only going to keep my friend company but it was such a great deal i had to take advantage"
The quotes are endless - these are just a few examples of peoples buying habits, most people buy things that they were not particularly looking for but they happened to be at the right spot at the right time as fate would have it.
Imagine if all the small to mid-size businesses in every industry linked together to establish a network that Featured themselves and not the big companies that make up Corporate America, if the corporations became just another fish in the pond no bigger or smaller than all the rest.
We have created this type of environment and everyday we are developing it, and as it grows, so does the web presence of our members. With everyone paying the same amount for their listing and the listings are based on the premise of (first come, first served) this will level the playing field for everyone to benefit. Those Businesses that jump in first will get the best listings and money will not be able to buy a better placement. As an incentive to those venturous businesses willing to sign up right away they will receive a fixed annual rate for the lifetime of their ad or link. Those that sign up later will be subject to a variable annual rate which allow them to renew their ad at the going rate at the time of their renewal. We are not looking to be a search engine, we are looking to become the
Largest Web Community on the internet, which will benefit all of our members.
Together we can establish a web presence that rivals Corporate America and their domination of the search engines but will be much more user friendly for all our members and visitors.
Remember the goal is to make The United Web of America a household name which will help make our members household names in the global marketplace.
